The Concept of Touhi Chushin Shugi

The reason why Touhi Chushin Shugi is black is due to the presence of charcoal and sea mud. The oil found on the male scalp is very stubborn. The ingredients, thanks to the charcoal and micronized mud, adsorb the stubborn scalp oil and remove it. It does not contain any conditioning ingredients that leave the hair glossy and silky. We have refined and mixed an under 5 microns sea mud which is sourced from the specific area in the sea of Okinawa. thanks to the fine adsorbing power of the sea mud, the scalp’s dirt is adsorbed.

We have sourced charcoal which comes from a high quality Paulownia wood from Aizu. In Aizu, the intense cold and peculiar climate produce this superior charcoal. Ultra fine and porous Paulownia charcoal is blended in to adsorb and remove the sebum oil.

Hokkaido Konbu (kelp)

The grown konbu leaves look just like bamboo leaves, but their lenghth can reach up to 3m. The essence of konbu moisturizes the scalp and leaves your hair feeling healthy and strong.

We have blended the Yamagata Shonai Persimmon, which is freeze-dried with fresh fruits and then powdered. This persimmon has a historical significance of over 100 years.
